The successful candidate will facilitate clinical development and medical evidence generation plans, ensure strategic alignment with Ascendis organization goals, and foster a culture of proactivity and accountability.

Requirements

• Formulate clinical development and medical evidence generation plans
• Ensure strategic alignment with Ascendis organization goals
• Provide a comprehensive view of endocrine portfolio
• Create roadmaps and ensure they are contemporary and visible
• Balance dependencies and manage competing demands for resources
• Continuously evaluate performance across the portfolio and programs
• Facilitate execution of the plans to generate impactful evidence
• Support ERDMS teams by maintaining clarity of priorities and facilitating informed decision-making
• Oversee collaboration within and across functions
• Schedule discussions for interpreting data and plan the flow of data presentations
• Create tools and visuals for internal sharing of important clinical & medical messages and narratives
• Cultivate a culture of proactivity and promote a sense of accountability
• Lead through influence and demonstrate excellent judgement and scientific thinking
