Healthcare Compliance Senior Specialist

Join Ascendis Pharma as our new Healthcare Compliance Senior Specialist and contribute to making a meaningful difference in patients’ lives. The role involves developing Compliance Programs and supporting the business in healthcare-related activities in HQ and EU direct and International Markets.

Requirements

• At least 8-10 years’ experience in a Compliance role within the pharmaceutical industry and with international exposure, ideally with some experience in managing HCP-related activities.
• A record of accomplishment of efficiently and effectively working and collaborating across a matrix organization in a global organization, both from a global as well as an affiliate perspective.
• Excellent cultural understanding and stakeholder engagement skills at all levels of an organization.
• Ability to manage multiple requirements and remain composed under pressure.
• Professional maturity and impeccable ethics and integrity.
• Proficiency in the English language.
• Strong team player, analytical and can-do attitude.
• Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to thrive in an informal, open environment where innovation and change are key.
• Solution-oriented assistance to the business and ability to provide positive, see opportunities and get things done.
