IT Engineer with architect capabilities

Ascendis Pharma is seeking an IT Engineer with architect capabilities to join their team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring scalable and secure solutions and aligning with architectural standards. They will work closely with internal product teams, product owners, and external operation partners to deliver high-quality platforms and services.

Requirements

• Contribute to day-to-day engineering and operational activities while shaping long-term architectural direction
• Act as subject matter expert (SME) across Microsoft hybrid infrastructure platform, virtualization, storage and network
• Lead and participate in deployment, configuration, operations, and troubleshooting of infrastructure solutions across on-premises and cloud platforms
• Provide guidance and support for complex incident resolution, root cause analysis, and performance optimization
• Drive technical assessments, proofs of concept (PoCs), modernization initiatives, and platform upgrade strategies
