Job Description
The Field Service Technician will provide timely repair and maintenance of construction equipment and machinery to customers. This role involves performing various tasks in a safe and efficient manner, maintaining good relationships with colleagues and customers, and adhering to company safety regulations. The job requires a strong understanding of equipment repair and maintenance.
Requirements
- Repair and service machinery for complete customer satisfaction.
- Maintain, safely operate, and care for assigned service truck and company owned tools and equipment per company requirements.
- Perform required paperwork and record maintaining.
- Complete assigned work with minimum re-work.
- Order parts and materials through Ascendum Parts.
- Ensure all company safety requirements are followed.
