Job Description
Ascensus Global, Inc. (formerly MultiLingual Solutions, Inc.) is a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) seeking a Chinese Mandarin Language Instructor to support a language training contract in JBLM, WA. The instructor will teach adult professional students in preparation for the world of work using current strategies and theories.
Requirements
- Teach adult professional students in preparation for the world of work
- Adapt authentic materials or repurpose traditional language materials
- Integrate audio, video, and computer assisted multi-media into the foreign language classroom
- Possess a favorably adjudicated National Agency Check with Inquiries (NACI) investigation
- US citizenship
- ILR 4 in listening, speaking, reading and writing in the target language
- ILR L3/R3/S3/W3 in English
- Familiar with developing lesson plans and preparing supplementary material
- Experience teaching foreign languages to adult students
