Assists Client Service Managers in providing best of class service to clients, selecting vested benefits, reconciling trust assets, and managing reoccurring projects.
Provides assistance to clients through phone, letters, and emails, generates and delivers reports, coordinates transactions, and prioritizes tasks.
Requires 1+ years of customer service experience, advanced Excel experience, and a 4-year college degree. Offers a national average salary range of $18.75-$19.00 an hour, 401(k) match, Medical, Dental, Vision, Paid-Time-Off, etc.
