Product Regulatory Specialist

We are seeking a Product Regulatory Specialist to join our team. As a Product Regulatory Specialist, you will work closely with product development, supply chain, project management, marketing and sales teams to ensure compliance of lubricants marketed on a global basis. You will assist with ensuring products marketed meet regulatory requirements related to GHS, USMCA, Import/Export regulations, REACH and other regulatory entities as required.

Requirements

• Review and approves industrial and consumer packaging to ensure accuracy and regulatory compliance.
• Manages internal and external product regulatory requests by assigning ownership and updating status’.
• Organizes, updates and controls SDS documents and records.
• Validates data basis related to Proposition 65, SVHC, REACH and all other relevant regulatory bodies.
• Maintains well-organized records that allow ready retrieval of required information.
• Prepares documentation to assist in fulfilling requests associated to USMCA.
• Completes product and chemical classification of shipping hazardous and non-hazardous materials.
• Supports new product development.
• Actively participates in initiatives to improve processes and procedures.
• Performs other product stewardship functions as assigned.
