Material Handler on Second shift

Ascentek is a company that provides an environment where you can love what you do and be your best every day. The Material Handler will receive, store, and distribute materials and products within a warehouse using a Warehouse Management System and supporting production lines.

Requirements

• Expedite the unloading of material from trailers, verifying item numbers and checking for discrepancies
• Receives PO's using a handheld computerized Warehouse Management System
• Reads Production Work Tickets to determine items to be picked and staged in the Work Order staging area
• Participate in daily cycle counting program
• Pick and stage orders by interpreting customer-specific work instructions
• Maintain clean and orderly work area and warehouse
• Responsible for the accuracy of all system transactions
• Verify that the quality of outbound loads meets customer expectations
• Responsible for adhering to and maintaining the company's ISO standards
