Job Description
Product Development Chemist II position at Ascentek with responsibilities in project development, laboratory methods, and team management. The role involves developing and leading projects to identify and implement new technologies for lubricant, coolant, and grease products. The successful candidate will also be responsible for fostering technical excellence and professional development in their team.
Requirements
- Troubleshoots lab equipment in area of expertise
- Instructs on JDE, Raw Material Spec Database and recommends improvements to process and methodologies
- Manages and mentors scientists and engineers
- Participates in cross-functional internal Teams and communicates effectively
