As a Senior Accountant at Ascentek, you will maintain the company's financial integrity by supporting the monthly close process, ensuring compliance with GAAP, and delivering accurate, timely financial statements. You will prepare and review general ledger account reconciliations, record journal entries, conduct detailed financial analysis, and recommend process improvements to increase accuracy and efficiency.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field
- 3+ years of accounting experience, preferably in public accounting, manufacturing, or distribution environments
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation
- Strong understanding of GAAP and accounting procedures
- Advanced Excel skills and database management proficiency
