Job Description
This position exists to provide exceptional member service by greeting members, completing transactions, solving problems, and making referrals of credit union products and services in an efficient, courteous, and timely manner.
Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent
- One to three years similar or related experience
- Ability to receive and disburse funds in an accurate manner
- Reliable transportation
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Professional, pleasant, and outgoing personality
- Cash handling experience
- Ability to perform under pressure
- Excellent analytical skills
