Job Description
Ascentria Care Alliance is seeking a Program Manager for its Maine Mental Health Services. The position oversees the operations of Mental Health Community Programs and requires clinical, administrative, and supervisory experience.
Requirements
- Master's degree in Social Work or a related field (preferably)
- 3+ years of program administrative experience
- MHRT-C certification or better
- Strong relationship management and communication skills
- Effective organizational and time management skills
- Excellent judgment and problem-solving skills
- Experience managing program budgets
- Intermediate computer and Microsoft Office skills
