The Parts Counter Specialist will aid customers and in-house service technicians in fulfilling their parts needs, coordinate logistics, and manage inventory to minimize equipment downtime. They will provide superior customer service while working with customers over the phone and on a walk-in basis.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience as a parts specialist
- Ability to work in a fast paced/high volume dealership
- Detail oriented, time management, and teamwork skills
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Proficient computer skills, and experience with G-Suite & other parts programs
- Spanish Speaking Preferred
