Service Writer

ASCO Equipment has a career opportunity for a Service Writer in Little Elm, Texas. Experience with heavy equipment is preferred, however automotive industry experience may translate. Service Writers directly engage with customers, service technicians, and other departments to coordinate/schedule preventative and other maintenance needs.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience as a heavy equipment service technician or service writer
• Ability to work in a fast paced/high volume dealership
• Detail oriented, time management, and teamwork skills
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Proficient computer skills, and experience with G-Suite & other service programs
• A personal dedication to work safety and accountability
