Reinsurance Operations Analyst

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Risk Management, or a related field
• A minimum of 4 years of experience in reinsurance operations, reinsurance accounting or administration, or insurance financial operations, with exposure to ceded reinsurance processing
• Working knowledge of ceded reinsurance concepts and contract terms, with the ability to interpret treaty requirements and translate them into operational activities
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage deadlines in a fast-paced close and reporting environment
• Proactive, self-motivated, and eager to learn
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and Outlook
