Reinsurance Operations Analyst

Join Ascot Group, a specialty risk underwriting organization, as a Reinsurance Operations Analyst. Support end-to-end post-placement and ongoing administration of ceded reinsurance agreements, including treaty setup, financial and operational processing, and governance over ceded data, collateral, and compliance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Risk Management, or a related field.
• A minimum of 4 years of experience in reinsurance operations, reinsurance accounting or administration, or insurance financial operations, with exposure to ceded reinsurance processing.
• Working knowledge of ceded reinsurance concepts and contract terms, with the ability to interpret treaty requirements and translate them into operational activities.
