Job Description
The Senior Avionics Systems Engineer will support work within NAVAIR's Airborne Strategic Command, Control and Communications Program Office, PMA-271, driving development, acquisition, certification, modernization, and sustainment of critical mission systems.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace/Aeronautical Engineering, Computer Science, required
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant NAVAIR Systems Engineering experience within a NAVAIR Program Management Activity (PMA)
- Hands-on experience in the NAVAIR environment creating and maturing Engineering Change Proposals (ECPs) through technical review and approval processes
