Commercial Counsel

Ashby is hiring a Commercial Counsel to join their legal team to support their growth. The Commercial Counsel will work closely with sales teams to negotiate customer contracts, support scalable commercial processes, and implement new legal technologies. The role is for a remote position in the US, and the ideal candidate has in-house commercial contracting experience and a JD from an accredited law school.

Requirements

• JD from an accredited law school
• Active license to practice law in the US
• 4-6 years of legal experience
• Strong experience in commercial contract negotiation
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Good judgment and ability to balance legal risk with business objectives
