Staff Platform Engineer, Americas

We’re looking for a curious, rigorous, problem-hungry platform engineer to carry the ball as we bring Ashby to the big leagues. Ashby builds software that lets talent teams build an efficient, delightful, respectful hiring process.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in building and operating large-scale distributed systems
• Experience with Typescript, Node.js, React, Apollo GraphQL, Postgres, Redis
• Familiarity with cloud-based infrastructure (AWS)
• Strong understanding of computer systems, networking, and operating systems
• Experience with monitoring tools (Datadog, Sentry)
• Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to debug complex issues
