Account Executive

Assists customers and partner network in determining SEAI Retrofit grant eligibility, guiding homeowners on pricing, project timelines, and recommending home energy upgrade measures with the best value and clients ROI in mind.

Requirements

• Proven experience in sales, preferably in energy, home improvement, or a related industry
• Understanding of energy efficiency products (solar, insulation, and heat pumps or a willingness to learn)
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to explain technical concepts in a simple and compelling manner
• Customer-centric approach with strong problem-solving abilities
• Familiarity with CRM tools to track leads and sales activities
• Fluent English - verbal and written
