Job Description
The Sales Associate is responsible for assisting in the execution of all operational and merchandising functions within the store, providing excellent customer service, and driving sales to achieve personal and store goals.
Requirements
- Drive sales to achieve and exceed personal and store goals
- Provide an exceptional customer service experience to all customers
- Effectively manage merchandise
- Assist with scheduling a minimum of 1 grass-root event per quarter
- Assist with driving Marketing initiatives
- Maintain the highest standards in store operations in relation to the Policy and Procedures manual
- Effectively manage time for self
