Job Description
Ashoka is seeking a dynamic and innovative Framework Change leader to drive the "Everyone a Changemaker" movement across Africa. This role focuses on building partnerships with stakeholders to activate networks championing change, fostering a culture of changemaking, and empowering individuals and communities. The role reports to the Africa Diamond Leadership team.
Requirements
- Experience in Social Impact and changemaking.
- Proven entrepreneurial experience.
- Strong communication skills, especially in social media.
- Experience in movement building and strategizing.
- Fundraising or campaign support skills.
