Integrity Specialist

Join the Asian Development Bank as an Integrity Specialist to contribute to the mission of fostering prosperity in Asia. Conduct second-line-of-defense integrity due diligence and integrity risk management, advise on managing integrity risks, and develop policies and procedures to enhance integrity risk management. Relocation to Manila, Philippines required. All reasonable relocation expenses will be covered.

Requirements

• University degree in business administration, law, project management, tax, finance, or related fields
• At least 6 years of relevant professional experience, including international work experience
• Experience with international standards, principles and practices on financial crime compliance and due diligence
• Demonstrated country and sector integrity risk knowledge
• Established reputation for integrity, fairness, and responsible handling of sensitive and confidential information
• Demonstrated teamwork and conceptualization skills
• Management experience
