Operations Assistant

Join the Asian Development Bank to support the Transport Sector Division (SD1-TRA) as an Operations Assistant, providing administrative support for loan and Technical Assistance (TA) processing, database management, and other tasks.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, public administration, or other fields combined with relevant experience
• At least 5 years' relevant professional experience, preferably with working experience in multilateral organizations
• Sound knowledge of spreadsheets, and proficiency with computer-based applications
• The ability to liaise and work with individuals from different professional and cultural backgrounds
• Experience working across multiple teams and organizing events
• Written and verbal proficiency in English and local language (as applicable)
