Job Description
Legends Global has an excellent and immediate opening for an Assistant General Manager at the Huntington Convention Center of Cleveland. The role coordinates the day-to-day activities of various departments, maximizes profits, and provides exceptional customer service.
Requirements
- Directs and supervises aspects of operations
- Initiates and maintains rapport with Facility customers
- Creates and manages procurement aspects
- Ensures compliance with Safety Programs
- Negotiates contracts and agreements
- Develops and implements preventive maintenance schedules
- Plans and directs outside vendors/contractors work
- Develops bid specifications for agreements with service providers and suppliers
