Assistant Operations Manager

The Assistant Manager of Operations at the Desert Diamond Arena is responsible for supervising the Conversion Leads and part-time Conversions Crew, assisting with day-to-day repair and maintenance, and making recommendations to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements

• Supervise, lead, train and instruct up to 20 part-time conversion crew and 20 subcontractors
• Assist maintenance department with day-to-day repair and maintenance of inside/outside facility
• Work closely with Event Managers regarding current and upcoming shows
• Communicate with and gather feedback from our back of house & front of house clients
