Box Office Manager

Legends & ASM Global, a powerhouse in sports, entertainment, and live events, seeks a Box Office Manager for the Long Beach Amphitheater. This role oversees ticket sales, box office operations, and guest experiences, with a focus on excellent customer service and supervision of ticket sellers. The ideal candidate has 3 years of related experience, excellent communication and problem-solving skills, and a bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

Requirements

• Directs and oversees the internal control of daily operations
• Coordinates event information between promoters, facility personnel, and ticket companies
• Maintains accurate records of daily balance of cash received, tickets sold, and change bank/vault
• Supervises and trains ticket sellers
• Demonstrates excellent customer service skills
