Catering Warehouse Supervisor - Raymond James Stadium

Legends Global, the premier hospitality partner at Raymond James Stadium, is seeking a dedicated and organized Catering Warehouse Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our catering warehouse. The Catering Warehouse Supervisor will report directly to the Catering Manager and be responsible for managing inventory, coordinating logistics, and ensuring efficient support for catering operations during events.

Requirements

• Experience in warehouse operations, preferably in catering, hospitality, or food service environments.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s degree in logistics, supply chain, or a related field is a plus.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency in inventory management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices.
• Ability to lead and motivate a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Effective communication and problem-solving skills.
• Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, stand for extended periods, and work in a physically demanding environment.
• Availability: Must be available to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, based on the stadium’s event schedule.
