Concession Stand Worker - Freedom Mortgage Pavilion

The Concession Stand Worker is responsible to provide customer service, prepare and serve menu items, and interact with customers to ensure satisfaction.

Requirements

• Prepare simple menu items
• Sell items, collect payment, and provide correct change
• Interact with customers to assure satisfaction
• Carefully enter sales into cash register to ensure accurate recording
• Clean up, store product, and remove trash and garbage
• Serve patrons' food and beverage order quickly and with a courteous demeanor
• Verify I.D. on all customers ordering alcohol
• Suggestively sell and up sell items
• Maintain a clean, neat, and safe work area
• Interact with co-workers to assure compliance with company service standards and procedures
• Ability to perform arithmetic operations involving all United States monetary units
• All applicants must be at least 18 years of age
• Ability to work fluently in English
• Ability to work in an open aired environment during all climate conditions
• Ability to lift and carry items weighing 10-30 pounds, occasionally 50 pounds
• Ability to work all Stadium events, including extended hours, nights, weekends, and holidays
• Sufficient mobility to perform assigned production tasks
• Meet state and local health requirements for food handlers and alcoholic beverage services
