Concessions Supervisor

The Concessions Supervisor is responsible for overseeing all concessions operations during events at SNHU Arena, ensuring efficient stand operations, high-quality guest service, and compliance with all company policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Verify opening and closing inventory stand sheet and alert management of inventory discrepancies
• Delegate and execute overall opening/closing procedures for assigned location
• Supervise, train, and assist workers in the preparation of all menu items for sale
• Process returns and voids in accordance with policies to ensure guest satisfaction
• Handle and resolve guests' issues with their orders in a timely and efficient manner
• Input counts using the POS system/maintain POS payment processes
• Ensure proper transaction control procedures are being followed
• Manage beverage ordering and receiving
