Custodian

The Custodian will participate in the Saenger Theatre’s physical cleaning, sweeping, scrubbing, and mopping; set up and tear-down of equipment and furniture. The position requires strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain the facility. Previous custodial experience and/or experience in a service-related field is preferred.

Requirements

• Sweeping, mopping, cleaning, and scrubbing
• Setting chairs, tables, risers, pipe & drape set-ups, and counters
• Cleans interior and exterior glass
• Cleans and prepares floors, carpets, restrooms, and other areas as necessary
• Cleans and polishes furniture
• Dispose of all waste, including bulk trash removal from hall and participates in recycling program as required
