Customer Service Representative at Angel Stadium

The Customer Service Representative will be the role model of excellence for all other staff throughout the stadium, assisting with customer service games, surveys, secret shops, and identifying problematic issues. They will also assist with check-in/check-out procedure and be knowledgeable about the stadium and services.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Must be able to obtain CA Food Handlers Certification
• Must be able to obtain RBS (alcohol) Certification
• Previous customer services experience
• Bi-lingual skills
• Ability to walk around for 7 to 8 hours and carry items weighing up to 30 pounds
