Event Staff Team Members are stationed at various posts throughout the building during events, greeting, directing guests, scanning tickets, and ensuring the safety of the facility and guests.
Requirements
- Greet and direct customers through the metal detectors and/or scan customers with metal detection wands
- Perform searches of bags to eliminate restricted and unauthorized items
- Inform customers of event rules and verify tickets and credentials for events and facility access
- Assist with crowd control and resolve problems, address complaints, and contact management as necessary
