Event Staff

Event Staff Team Members are stationed at various posts throughout the building during events, greeting, directing guests, scanning tickets, and ensuring the safety of the facility and guests.

Requirements

• Greet and direct customers through the metal detectors and/or scan customers with metal detection wands
• Perform searches of bags to eliminate restricted and unauthorized items
• Inform customers of event rules and verify tickets and credentials for events and facility access
• Assist with crowd control and resolve problems, address complaints, and contact management as necessary
