Facility Maintenance Engineer

Legends Global is seeking a Facility Maintenance Engineer to assist with the operation of its facilities, including the maintenance of systems and equipment, and ensuring adherence to safety codes. The successful candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work irregular hours.

Requirements

• Good communication skills
• Working knowledge of major facility systems such as HVAC, electrical, security, mechanical and fire safety
• Ability to plan, organize, direct, and motivate the activities of maintenance staff
• Working knowledge of computer-controlled systems
• Ability to communicate on a technical level as needed to maintain facility operating systems
• Excellent organizational skills
• Ability to prioritize and to handle multiple projects simultaneously
• Good written, verbal and interpersonal skills
• Strong customer service skills
• Professional presentation, appearance and work ethic
• Ability to work irregular/extended hours
