Food & Beverage Manager

Legends Global has an opening for a Food & Beverage Manager for Legends Global/Pinnacle Bank Arena/Pinewood Bowl. The manager will oversee the entire Concessions department, including the Warehouse, and contribute to the growth and profitability of the business while ensuring efficient quality service & products.

Requirements

• Oversees concessions and warehouse associates
• Sets Inventory levels and creates recs in the warehouse
• Orders product for events; inspects and accepts deliveries for quality and accuracy
• Maintains existing programs and develops new creative concepts
• Works with the Executive Chef & Senior Food & Beverage Manager to ensure F&B standards
• Oversee prices & portions for products and services
• Ensures proper repair & maintenance schedule of food and beverage service equipment
• Responsible for all aspects of operations to include permanent stands, portable carts, bars, kiosks, and warehouse
• Responsible for maximizing sales by ensuring guests receive an exceptional overall experience
• Responsible for MBWA “Management by Walking Around” during events
