Lead Maintenance Craftsman

ASM Global, the leader in privately managed public assembly facilities, has an immediate opening for a Lead Maintenance Craftsman at NRG Park in Houston, Texas. The position is responsible for directing and coordinating maintenance personnel and ensuring the facilities are in a properly maintained and safe working condition.

Requirements

• Oversee and supervise maintenance employees
• Inspect and maintain quality of repairs and maintenance performed
• Perform repairs and maintenance tasks such as painting, patching, and re-lamping
• Train and direct Maintenance staff in proper operation of all facilities' operations systems, equipment, and procedures
• Utilize a preventative maintenance program to manage work orders and preventative maintenance items
• Coordinate repairs with outside contractors
• Ensure that all fire, emergency, lighting, and other control systems are in proper working condition
