Maintenance Technician

Legends Global is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join their team at the Denny Sanford PREMIER Center in Sioux Falls, SD. The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for monitoring, repairing, and maintaining various types of HVAC systems and general facility maintenance. The role requires a high school diploma, GED, or vocational training, and 2-3 years of experience in building maintenance.

Requirements

• Accurately maintain records of labor time, parts used, and work accomplished.
• Responsible for general building maintenance repair, including but not limited to the repair/replacement of bathroom door hardware, ceiling tiles, seats, furniture, HVAC, plumbing, light electrical, roof and field assistance.
• Timely completion of assigned reactive and preventive maintenance work orders.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as required in a team-orientated, can-do environment.
• Demonstrate attention to detail, willingness to cross train, and ability to learn on the job.
