Job Description
Legends Global is seeking a Maintenance Technician for the Greater Columbus Convention Center. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing routine and extensive preventative maintenance and repair procedures on managed buildings, mechanical equipment, and utility systems. The position requires skilled and semi-skilled maintenance and repair in carpentry, plumbing, HVAC, Mechanical, and Electrical.
Requirements
- Skilled and semi-skilled maintenance and repair in carpentry, plumbing, HVAC, Mechanical, and Electrical
- Ability to work under deadlines dictated by event schedules and project timetables
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to display customer service through initiation of contact, smiling, extending handshakes, courteous and friendly
- Must have the ability to interact with guests in a friendly, courteous, and polite manner
