Job Description
Merchandise Associate role reporting to supervisor on duty, delivering legendary customer service during Georgia Tech Game Day events. Assisting guests, stocking merchandise, and maintaining a neat and organized sales area.
Requirements
- Customer Service – Provide fun and professional environment for teammates and fans
- Sales – Accurately ring in sales and handle cash amounts in a timely manner on the Point of Sale terminal
- Ability to communicate effectively with supervisor and guests
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality, with or without reasonable accommodation
