Security Supervisor

Legends Global is seeking a Security Supervisor to oversee the safety and security of patrons, employees, and assets at various venues, including Toyota-Arena and Ontario Convention Center. The ideal candidate will have a California Guard Card, 2-4 years of supervisory experience, and excellent leadership and communication skills.

Requirements

• Supervise venue's security positions during designated shift(s)
• Update briefing/post materials for officers in a timely manner
• Investigate incidents and prepare accurate, detailed incident reports
• Conduct informative shift briefings with incoming/outgoing Officers & Supervisors
• Ensure all posts are safe, in order & clean
• Have full knowledge of the venue's layout and Security Systems
• Conduct periodic post checks & correct performance issues
• Train staff in basic guest service & security skills
• Provide leadership & guidance to staff
• Conduct and investigate venue security requests
• Resolve escalated issues and provide direction to security staff
• Know and uphold the Security Dept's Prime Directives
