Ticket Seller

Legends & ASM Global is seeking a Ticket Seller for the Pensacola Saenger Theatre. The role involves selling tickets to shows and events, providing excellent customer service, and handling cash and credit transactions. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent communication skills, and experience in computerized ticket systems or guest services.

Requirements

• Demonstrates excellent customer service skills
• Accurately dispenses tickets as requested by patrons
• Maintains accurate count when selling hard tickets or accesses computer for count of computer printed tickets
• Provides guidance related to venue, show and ticket information
• Files various records and reports and performs related office functions and clerical work as assigned
