Customer Service Representative

Supports account managers at the administrative level, responds to customer inquiries, and ensures customer satisfaction. Performs other related tasks, all in accordance with internal procedures and rules of Asmodee Canada.

Requirements

• Secondary or specialized diploma in business
• At least 1 year of experience in customer service
• Bilingualism (French and English)
• Skills in Microsoft Office, minimal use of Excel
