The role is a Warehouse Supervisor position, responsible for supporting the Shift Manager with day-to-day operations and ensuring a smooth running of the entire warehouse.

Requirements

• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent organisational skills
• The ability to cope under pressure with high volume/fast moving daily processes and deadlines
• Good computer literacy
• Good knowledge of distribution, logistics or warehousing environments
• Familiarity with modern warehousing practices and methods
• Previous experience of leading a team including carrying out 1-2-1’s, performance reviews, absence management meetings and disciplinaries
• High attention to detail
• Proven knowledge of Health and Safety
