Administrative Assistant

Administrative Assistant provides administrative support to the Intake department. Duties include answering phone calls, filing, composing correspondence, and meeting and greeting visitors.

Requirements

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 1 year of administrative experience preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Commitment to excellence and high standards
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills
• Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions
