Job Description
Aspen Ridge Preparatory School is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Assistant Coach to support their athletic programs. The role focuses on assisting the Head Coach in team development, implementing training methods, maintaining a positive team environment, and promoting sportsmanship. The position offers a temporary, seasonal opportunity and is reviewed on a rolling basis.
Requirements
- Assist the Head Coach in planning and conducting practices, training sessions, and game strategies.
- Provide individual and team instruction to enhance player development and performance.
- Supervise athletes during practices, games, and team activities.
- Communicate effectively with student-athletes, parents, and school administration.
- CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
