Job Description
The Childcare Lead supports the Childcare Supervisor in delivering exceptional guest service to our youngest guests and their families. This role is responsible for organizing daily operations within the Children’s Center, ensuring a safe, engaging, and nurturing environment.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Must meet qualifications as outlined by Colorado State Childcare Licensing for ECE Early Childhood Education teacher
- High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in early childhood education or a related field preferred
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience working with children ages 3 and under in a childcare, camp, or educational setting required
- Current CPR and First Aid certification required, or willingness to obtain upon hire
