Job Description
Aspida is a tech-driven insurance carrier offering simple and secure retirement solutions. We're looking for innovative and ambitious employees to join our Finance Rotational Program. The program will expose you to main financial functions and develop a cross-functional understanding of finance. You'll rotate 4 times over 2 years, experiencing FP&A, Accounting, Strategy, and Treasury.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Excel, financial modeling, and accounting software.
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for presenting financial insights and collaborating with different teams.
- Interest in the finance industry and desire to build a diverse set of finance skills.
