Job Description
Aspida is seeking a Lead AI Engineer to design, develop, and deploy AI-powered features across their platform. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, architecting solutions, and mentoring engineering teams. The ideal candidate will be a technically strong, product-minded engineer comfortable with rapid-paced environments and wanting to shape the AI foundation of a modern insurer.
Requirements
- 8+ years of combined experience in software engineering and artificial intelligence product development
- Proven success delivering production-grade AI projects
- Hands-on experience with: Generative AI / LLM solutions, frameworks like LangChain, Hugging Face, and LlamaIndex
- Strong proficiency in: AWS, Full-stack development (React, Node.js, Python, etc.), SQL / NoSQL data platforms, RESTful API design
- Familiarity with: Conversational UX and generative AI design principles, MLOps practices
- Excellent communicator
- Entrepreneurial mindset
