Job Description
The Manager, Bakery-Sanitation role is a subject matter expert for food manufacturing hygiene, equipment sanitation, and sanitary design. The role will drive program performance, provide leadership to hourly employees, and create a safe and sanitary culture.
Requirements
- Ensure bakery and production equipment adheres to regulatory compliance and company policies
- Maintain master sanitation schedules and processes using Klenz software
- Develop and implement a World Class Bakery sanitation program
- Develop and oversee partnerships with vendors and contractors
- Hire, train, coach, and develop a high performing team
