Project Manager, Engineering

Aspire Bakeries is seeking a Project Manager, Engineering to oversee engineering projects from concept through commissioning, ensuring they are delivered safely, on schedule, and within budget.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (any discipline)
• 7–10 years of experience in reliability engineering and/or project management within food engineering
• Knowledge of asset care, maintenance management, and capital project execution from feasibility through start-up
• Understanding of safety, food safety, environmental, and regulatory compliance in manufacturing
• Experience applying engineering knowledge to support new food development and commercialization
